Command-line Interface for Ozone

Suggested by @lahdjirayhan, I think this is a wonderful idea, and would be a great add on to Ozone.

I'm wondering though, where would we fit the CLI codebase? It sounds like a big enough addition to warrant it's own repository almost. What do you think?

If we decide to pursue something like this, then perhaps it'd be a good idea to transfer the Ozone repository to an organisation page on Github, so that we can have multiple related repositories in the same place.
