Right now, chat threads are available for the backend, but there is no UI to set them up. Here's an example of how they are defined programmatically: https://github.com/PAIR-code/deliberate-lab/blob/main/frontend/src/shared/games/lost_at_sea.ts#L475

Enable experimenters to configure chat threads via the chat stage editor (in experiment editor).
