LR (Laser Reflectance) pre-processing

@oliverbierwagen was thinking to preprocess the files from LR (.dat files) to be in the very same format of the other EPIC logs files.

These files would then be included in the folder of the EPIC log files and uploaded to NOMAD. (Should be properly chunked as well for single growth experiments)

You need to define the filename that you generate: it will be LR.MV.txt according to how Oliver said
