  • growthProcess: starting and ending time from the messages.txt
  • starting time and ending time capital letters.
  • remove in growth process ID the sample holder
  • Sources in steps, why ? ? discuss in a TF meeting
  • sampling and flux artifacts discuss in a TF meeting
  • sample holder referencing - timestamp assumption TF meeting
  • datetime in abscissa of timeseries?
  • show shutter data in the sources and in overview
  • fill the growth ID in experiments when the growth run is referenced automatically
  • create samples from the growth. depending on the holder. Sample ID is the growthID+position (a,b,c,d)
  • filled holder doesn't show samples
  • reference link from exp to growth and the other way around, too. When process is referenced automatically the ID should be dragged in the "growth run ID"
  • lab_id should have the same lable in growthprocess, reference, and experiment
  • check that the linking happens when the experiment is done afterwards
  • delete mask susceptor pocket
  • substarte_holder as a dedicated sub_section. Then the samples are generated and put into the samples subsection
  • do it from experiment!
