Hi Janis,

It's awesome that the tool metadata allows citations to be recorded for tools.

For bonus marks, how about something like janis citations <workflow-specifier> to capture a non-redundant list of the tools and their citations. Every tool author ever will love you.

Great idea!! Spitballing on this, would be amazing if janis citation <tool> --bibtex could return a bibtex reference. I think we have some work to ensure the citations are correct for Janis, but would make that so good!

This would be good to put on the documentation too, currently we have a "list of tools in a workflow", but that's not recursive, eg WGSGermline #embedded-tools.
