Hello,
I have created a voronoi network using openPNM and assigned geometry. I have exported the design and made it into a microfluidic although I have only used the throats. I am wanting to compare experimental results with model results using porespy, specifically for drainage.
To do so can I simply make "throat.conns" and make into an "im" and what is the best way to assign voxel size? My throats range from ~15-200 um in diameter and my channel height is 20 um. I expect some throats to remain saturated while others are drained at different matric potentials (pressure values) assuming connectivity through the network is not bottlenecked by small throats. Ultimately, my goal is to show the water retention of the network.
Thanks for any help,
Shane
