Investigate adding the xcell matrix

Currently xcell operates on gene list - we can create a 'toy' matrix (binarized of gene list) and evaluate that. We should not use all 64 cell types, however, that is too much. We will collect a reduced set from @petraf01 and create a matrix of some of the stromal cell types.
