PR Review Process

I have noticed that my pull requests in the project are being ignored while others' PRs are getting merged without any issues. Additionally, I have not been assigned scores for my contributions, while another contributor consistently receives scores for all their PRs. This is completely unfair and demotivating, despite my efforts and time invested in improving the project.

Moreover, I have observed that you are assigning 40 marks for all PRs, which is the score designated only for hard-level contributions. It seems that all contributions from a particular contributor are receiving the highest score without proper evaluation. This raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of the scoring process.

Can you please explain why my PRs are not being considered or merged? I expect equal treatment and fair evaluation of my work. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the SWOC team for further review.

I hope you will address this issue at the earliest and ensure fairness in the project.
