WOP: TrashMap revised, fixed and improved

- compiled with good old q3map2 2.5.16 due to lightmap issues with newer versions
- adjusted skylight intensity and gamma value to q3map2 2.5.16
- restored flags below the flower boxes and add a few light spots to make them visible
- restored summer and autumn tree versions instead of leafless one
- extended forbidden items zone (no BAMBAM and BOOMIES) around the balconies
- added forbidden items zone (no BAMBAM) in player spawn zones where the trashcans are located
- updated levelshots because of tree models
