I just chose their Data Science course and they asked payment for the certification.

I think we have to remove all their certificates as it seems they stopped giving their certificates for free. As this is the second time someone mentions that. If you make a pull request that would be great. If not, no worries as I'm planning on adding some new free certificates, I can do some cleaning up as well.
