Noting there's some old YUI being used in this plugin - https://github.com/Panopto/Moodle-2.0-plugin-for-Panopto/blob/master/yui/asyncload/asyncload.js

Moodle is moving away from YUI so you should plan to migrate to AMD modules asap - https://moodledev.io/docs/5.0/guides/javascript/yui

Thanks @aspark21 for reporting this issue. I have added this to our backlog to switch to AMD. Tracked under 7868.
