Thank you developing GRIDSS for structural variant identification and keeping it updated for years. We tried making a PoN bedpe using our own blood samples two times with different numbers of samples. However, having more samples for the PoN leads to much less record in the PoN (half the number), which is a bit counterintuitive to us. It looks like the PoN built from less samples are actually more stringent?
