Archive download locations differ based on versions for generate_bindings #34

https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/ as used in generate_bindings.cr doesn't have pre 5.12 archives, excepting 5.9
https://download.qt.io/new_archive/qt/ has those missing archives, but nothing newer, nor 5.9

generate_bindings.cr should be updated to work with all listed versions in it

Changes download_url to download_urls returning a list of
44f11f0 
potential urls.

The archives for some Qt versions are located under
`.../new_archive/...` instead of `.../archive/...`.

Addresses issue #34
