This is Docker Machine v0.4.0 with Parallels Desktop 11 support.

This custom build has been prepared because Parallels Desktop support has not been fully merged to Docker Machine repo (docker#939). It will be released as an official plugin in the future, with upcoming Docker Machine v0.5.0.

• It is compatible with Parallels Desktop 11 and higher. Editions: only Pro and Business
• It includes all features of Docker Machine v0.4.0, so you can also use all other drivers available in v0.4.0.
