In order to diversify my delegated voting
As a citizen
I want to delegate my votes for different topics to different spokesmen

Should be able to have several spokesman, one for topic (Economy, Education…) and have one general/default spokesman

Topic delegated votes has priority over default delegated votes. Direct vote has always priority over any delgation.

I should be able to easily see an aggregated view of my delegation schema. Also for a given proposal
