It is 4+ years since you made this demo and wrote a post on this at https://paul.kinlan.me/screen-recording-with-getusermedia-and-webrtc but android screen capture is not stable even now(at least on Android 10). Also, please remove the requirement of setting flag to enable the feature. Associated chromium bug comment is at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=487935#c53
