Add additional acknowledgements to website

I just proposed adding the Navicat logo under acknowledgments since this is a condition of the free license that they have provided to me over the last decade (along with other PEcAn and TERRA contributors) #47

It wasn't that difficult to do, and I'd be happy to add the logos of other funding agencies and supporters. Please list them here with a link to their logos.

In the acknowledgement section of the README of https://github.com/PecanProject/pecan the remaining acknowledgement mentioned and not having the logo in the webpage is aws(https://logos-world.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Amazon-Web-Services-AWS-Logo.png).

Can i make a PR adding the logo to the acknowledgements of the webpage?
