提交闪存信息

  • English

  • 至少需要已知以下信息

  1. 闪存料号
  2. 对应的ID
  3. 制程
  4. 单元类型（TLC/MLC等）
  • 对于闪迪五位数料号，则要求更多信息
  1. 颗粒是否带锁（解过的不算）
  2. CE数以及Die数

  • At least the following information needs to be known
  1. Flash Part Number
  2. Flash Id
  3. Manufacturing Process
  4. Cell type (TLC/MLC, etc.)
  • For the SanDisk five-digit Part Number, more information is required
  1. Whether the NAND Flash is CODEd (unlocked)
  2. CE number and Die number
