Spell Printer will not load updated character spell list

My character leveled up and now has different spells. The spell printer is still showing the past spell list instead of the new one. I double checked the number and that the character is still Public. I also trashed the "previously saved character" and cleared my cache. I absolutely LOVE this spellbook and would very much like to keep using it. Hopefully this is fixable.
