I could be wrong, but I think it stands for discarded. The packet was filtered. I see many of these as I run with a radius filter, or on some stations an area filter.
d seems to mean it was not igated. So if igate functionality is not setup all received packets are marked as d. If packets are filtered and not igated they are also marked as d. it is marked as d ("discarded") even if it is digipeated.
aprx can log R, T, or d. d should be documented.
