Implement tooltips/abbreviations for Movement modules

Implement tooltips for abbreviated forms of the movement module when hovering over modules in the summary window. Movement tooltips are already hard-coded to some extent, but we should update to be consistent with specifications in the abbreviations spreadsheet.
