Main change involves constraining CropN uptake and imobolisation for test sets to stop soil N balance going negative. This is not necessary for schedulling applications as test results and fertiliser schedule will keep the soil N from going negative
Change also made to tidy up test configurations and some changes to the crop coefficient values.
