Description of feature

  • This feature will allow a user to manually order the sequences in a FASTA before running the HiC module of the pipeline
  • It will also allow users to create contact maps for haplotypes from a combined FASTA where the homologous chromosomes are placed next to each other

Proposed parameter name: hic_alphanumeric_sort (true|false) true by default
