Fix the empty output of the plugin

• Error Handling: if the OSPP.VBS file exists before attempting to execute it and handling cases where expected registry values are not found.
• Generate XML output: Adjust the condition as necessary because sometimes the name appears as 'Office 16' instead of 'Microsoft Office 2016,' depending on the installed package.
