Hi, I have recorded tracked US data (hardware: siemens s2000, NDI Aurora) in 3D Slicer and that has been saved into a config gile (.xml) and a source sequence file (.mha). Now when I run the VolumeReconstructor application in the Plus command promt, it stops after the "Set volume output extent..." line. I have tried the application with Plus example data and that worked, and gave the same output, where "Set volume output extent..." was followed by "Reconstruct volume...". I have set the OutputExtent in the config file. I have attached the config file as a .txt Recording24jan_config_2.txt
. My input into the command window is:
