Exporting .igs.mha file to use VolumeReconstructor.exe: only saves the first US image and transforms

Hi, I have been struggeling with savind my tracked ultrasound data into files that I can run in the plus command prompt VolumeReconstructor.exe. What I want is: connect my US video stream and Aurora sensor to Plus server and IGTLink. I have done that succesfully. I have also connected to the data in 3D Slicer and can view the live transform of the sensor as well as the live ultrasound screen.

Then I open the Plus Server Control in Slicer, select my IGTL Connector as the TrackedVideoStream and record a sequence. That works and exports the file, but when I re-load that into slicer there is only 1 US slice or an empty volume.

I looked into:

• When I measure with an increased time, the size of the file increases, so I think it saves all the matrix transforms of the sensor but zero or one US views.
• I have tried different things for the OutputChannels of the VirtualMixer in my configuration file. Nothing seemed to help (also: in most configuration files, not a lot is specified here so I was wondering how they export their data successfully).
