If I use PortUSImageOrientation="MF," which is the correct orientation for Clarius US, the image has some breaks, increasing the error in the spatial calibration process.
If I use another "PortUSImageOrientation," like UF, the image appears inverted but works well. Regarding the spatial calibration using "UF," I get errors bigger than 3 mm, which may be related to the inversion of the image.
I am trying to calibrate Clarius using Polaris.
