World Downloader v4.0.0.0

v4.0.0.0 is here! This update supports both 1.11 and 1.11.2.

I've finally (mostly) finished the new build system. There's only one significant bugfix:

• Fixed the crash when closing horse GUIs

There's also several transitional changes (such as merging the litemod and base edit repos, tweaking the debug info/crash handler, and some stuff with data versions) which shouldn't be too significant.

This is an experimental build, and the build system may change a bit. But it should be more stable than the previous build, and I should be able to release new builds much more frequently.
