Version 4.0.6.1

I've released version 4.0.6.1. EDIT: This version has some load order issues which I only found after release. I'll release a second version that fixes them shortly. Version 4.0.6.2 fixes them.

• Added support for 1.15.2 (mod-worlddownloader-baseedit-4.0.6.1-mc1.15.2.zip)
• Added Russian translation, by Just_Endy
• Added descriptions for gamerules added in 1.14 and 1.15
• Cleaned up some parts of loading order (kinda)
• Fixed last container position not being cleared if a container is opened while not looking at any block or entity (i.e. inventories opened by commands are now detected, and will not be saved unless you're looking at an actual chest block when they are opened)
