Hi,

My lab and I love the GUI! Unfortunately, the ROI for our video files is circular and that doesn't seem to be an option here. Would this be a possible fix?

No they havent been, im flat out with my thesis at the moment but if anyone wants to make a pull request im happy to test and merge it. :)
