Create not working

Hi,

I installed Poll Plus from the marketplace to Rocket.Chat v3.18.1
I create a simple vote, but if I click on create, the focus jumps all the time into the question field, but without any error message.

Update: it works only if select type is multiple choice.

version 4.3.3 - all works perfect.
Multiple choice polls created and operate normally.

My version is 4.5.0 and it still does not work. The poll is created on default settings. If for example I change the option to Single Vote, it jumps to the poll title as described initially. It also happens if I add a choice
