Original bug report, in French:

Fonctionnalité « envoyer un email aux inscrits n'ayant pas encore payé » : envoie un mail à tous ceux qui n’ont pas payé par Télépaiement. Ceux qui ont payé « Autre » sont aussi destinataires : à modifier.
