Within the doctest for EFetch, Pubdesc::from_reader() failes due to encountering Pubdesc_reftype

Failing tests that recreate the Pubdesc and Pubdesc::ref_type tags from accession.version ids "NZ_LT906558.1", "NZ_LT906557.1", and "NZ_LT906556.1" should be created.

Another issue will be created for implementing Pubdesc::ref_type.
