When a survey is created we start getting

Unable to compute flag locally (survey-targeting-31fb2b849e-custom) -
Can't determine if feature flag is enabled or not with given properties

I know that this is informative error and the rest of flags will be evaluated. But we rely on this error message to notify us if any of the flags are "misconfigured" or configured in a way that is not supported by this SDK.

How should we handle survey feature flags?

UPD: Are survey features flags always evaluated dynamically so we need to ignore warnings from survey-targeting-*?
