Bug description

When renaming an action, upon saving the name change and reselecting the action, the old name is still present.

How to reproduce

1. Rename action, click save.
2. Navigate back to actions menu and select the saved action.
3. Old name is displayed at the top of the page.
4. Refresh and correct name appears.
