Use PowerGrid with models without id columns

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to use PowerGrid with a model that doesn't have an id column ?

I looked into and saw that it was for the pagination, but I didn't find a way to make it work if my table doesn't own an idcolumn.

Thanks for the plugin, it looks very good, I hope I can find a way to make it work.
