How to trigger wire:click in action button?

I have my own code for edit and delete and I want to put a wire:click on my button to trigger my function I try the below code but not working.

and I make a event in my component for edit and delete (to popup the SWAL)

So what is the proper way to call the event in my component and to pass the param id?
