Design a header-bar

I'd like a template format for a header-bar, including a duplicated copy of the current “Paws logo,” to place along the top of simpler pages (including generated-documentation and similar.)

Duplicating / generalizing the perspective-effects of the current header is going to be A Bitch™. Ugh.

Dude just set everything as transparent and export the page as a transparent png and crop your logo out.

Anyway, pff, that defeats the point. I need to generalize out the effect so it's not quite so impossible to reproduce if I change the padding slightly or look at my screen in a way Safari doesn't like; that's the ‘correct’ solution.
