FITB: multiple fillin inside table cause JSON format error #2257

Here are the specific areas I will be checking in pretext-runestone-fitb.xsl. I think there are three specific locations that were not working properly based on the example provided in the pretext-support example. Two are associated with a missing comma being used to generate a JSON array, with each entry meant to match a single Fixing blankNames

Commas are missing in the blankNames and feedbackArray fields, presumably because the position() of the fillin is not counting properly to indicate ordering.
