I've been looking online and I'd like to purchase an Adaptrboard Kit they are still available / being made.

Are they available?

The person that started the project closed it down. As far as I know they are no longer available. The original github is at https://github.com/Printrbot/Adaptrboard

My wiki covers the other ways to convert over to a SKR board. Basically either soldering leads or crimping connectors.
