Improve UX for "View All Courses" / "View All Blogs" Buttons with Hover Effect and Animation #380

The current "View All Courses" or "View All Blogs" buttons (or hyperlinks) are not user-friendly. Users may find it confusing when trying to access more courses or read detailed blogs. This confusion can cause users to bounce back from the site if they do not find what they are looking for quickly.
