Add more animations in the navbar which looks more attractive

To comply with legal standards and protect the intellectual rights associated with the content on Skill Wise. I would like to tell you that we can add more animations on the navbar so that when someone hover on it one can feel the worth of website. This will attract the visibility of the user.
