Scape and Run still have I-frames

Hello, I am running a modpack with roughly 70 mods, scape and run is amongst them, however I have noticed that nodami is unfortunately not working. I used guns from vic's modern warfare with high fire rates to test this. Parasites still have i-frames. I also tested it on a iron-golem and unfortunately it also had i-frames, I am not sure why the mod is not working.
