/ticket does nothing #68

I have installed ReportRTS and connected it to a MySql database but when I use the /ticket command it does nothing.

Any suggestions?

Also is there anywhere that has some decent info on how to initially set up this plugin?

Check your console for issues during startup.

I have looked at the start up console, I can not find any errors anywhere. That is why I am kind of stumped.
