(see UniversalViewer/universalviewer#627), the following manifest fails:

because it has
"viewingHint":["continuous"]
but the spec says:
Any resource type may have one or more viewing hints.
so my understanding is that arrays are allowed as value for viewingHint.

I don't have a full answer to this, but I looked into it a bit ~
I do not see any examples of an Array being used for ViewingHint in Manifesto -- for example all the fixture files use single values.
Additionally, the way I am reading this, the vocabulary that Manifesto uses for its types only shows single values (e.g. "paged").
