This is the code set in the live site https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/ on 12th April 2021.

It includes the following changes:

🌟 New Features

  • The conservation track in the protein pages are using PANTHER entries instead Pfam to ensure better coverage of the protein. Also the track which was shown as a heat map is replaced with a line graph.
  • Scientific name search is allowed in the taxonomy tree view.

🛠 Fixes

  • The duplication of the protein viewer's navigation track when printed is fixed.
  • With the recent change in the autocomplete library used in the text search, 'paste on right click' was not efficient. It has been fixed to allow users to paste when the mouse click is made within the search box.
  • #322: Footer overlap with Browse filters selection is fixed.
  • #330: The issue about 3D viewer highlighting for some entries in structure page is fixed.
  • #331: The protein links in the entry description are fixed.

🏡 House keeping

  • JavaScript tagging framework gtag.js is used to send data to Google Analytics.
  • The lightweight notifications that appear on first loading and as help tips on few pages are stacked on top of each other thus not taking too much space in the viewport.
  • Following a user experience feedback, Member database description links are added near the name in the browse page and protein accession links are enhanced to look obvious with the addition of Protein icons.
