It includes the following changes:

🌟 New Features

  • New sunburst widget for the Taxonomy pages #370
  • The taxonomy subpage has been reorganised:
    • Key Species table is now moved as a table view
    • The setting to the default view was removed.
    • Sunburst is the default view of the subpage.
  • Updates in the IDA visualization to include the coordinates of a representative protein #369. This is used in:
    • Domain architectures of an entry
    • Results of an IDA search
    • Similar Proteins sub page
  • Compression of big payloads for the cache #367

  • Fix message indicating the entry hits several proteins with AF models

🏡 House keeping

  • Dependencies update
  • Removing unused dependencies
