Issues while opening Waters raw file

Hi All,

I am trying to open Waters raw file and convert to mzML

Raw file is available on PRIDE:
https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pride-archive/2019/04/PXD012979/FL0408_MSQ911_MariaRohm_582_M1.raw

I couldn't open the file successfully, an error occurs (instrument index is missing).

I saw an answer to a similar issue posted here by @chambm

Could someone please have a look at the raw file?

Hi @DeepaMahm - this is a Thermo RAW file and it opens fine for me. Are you using a recent version of pwiz?
