Thanks Teri! Is there a way the local chapter admins can manage the contributors? This way we wouldn't have to reach out to you for admin changes. Thoughts?

My understanding is that if you are an admin of a repo, which you both are, you can grant permissions for others in that repo. Please let me know if you find that's not the case. (Note that you'll only be able to do this for folks with 2FA enabled on their personal GH accounts.)
