Traffic Collection

I have the following problem, I lost communication with one of my equipment, zabbix is no longer collecting, but on the map continues plotting the last collection that had traffic instead of "zeroing". Is there anything I can do to adjust? or is it anyway?

The image above best describes the scenario. My zabbix server is behind R1 that at the moment lost communication with R2 so it can no longer collect information from R2 or R3, except that if you check there on the map the link between R2 and R3 is still plotting traffic.
